Fitness can be a minefield of mis-information, dodgy advice and general foolishness. At Spartan Conditioning we specialise in obstacle racing and the
requirements of real
fitness for events such as Tough Guy, Tough Mann and Spartan Race. We also offer advice on more
traditional events such as the Parish Walk and produce Kindle titles covering specialised areas cusch as our recent `6 rules of endurace events` or `Guide to the Tough Guy Race`. As well as offering advice we compete regularly to raise money for charity and ensure that we are testing and improving our training principles as we go.
