Fitrate is an app planned to be used during Crossfit Workouts. Fitrate acts as a heart rate monitor and measures important health values during your Crossfit Workout. Heart rate and Heart rate recovery in Crossfit Workouts are the main points that Fitrate measures, the app connects to iPhones via Apple Watch or other heart rate trackers to measure and log your Crossfit workout progress. Fitrate is currently being developed and has been announce on the fitrate app webpage. It is the first Crossfit WOD Log thought with Crossfit in mind.
