We aim to review the best shoes, t-shirts, shorts, socks, hand grips, bumper plates, chalk, rigs, rollers, barbells and books in a detailed and honest fashion so you can make more informed choices. By definition CrossFit encompasses such a huge variety of different areas (Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, powerlifting, running, strength, cardiovascular fitness etc) it can be a daunting pastime to take up.
